Megan Gale
Gale, then 18, had won an 18-year-old Perth model competition in her early teens. Gale was an actress for a few years until she was recognized in 1999 when Omnitel (now Vodafone Italy) asked her to model in adverts. Gale continued to work in the company through 2006. In 2003 in 2003, the Australian Tourist Commission hired Gale to represent Australia in Italy. Gale has appeared on the cover of Australian Marie Claire, Grazia, Gioia, Italian and Australian GQ, Italian Maxim, Australian InStyle and featured in editorials for Australian Cosmopolitan as well as Vogue Italia. Gale has modelled for Italian fashion houses such as Gianfranco Ferre, Genny, Gai Mattiolo and has also worked on runways for Mariella Burani, and Angelo Marani at Milan Fashion Week. Gale is a fan of many Australian fashion designers including Colette Dinnigan as well as Kirrily. Johnston. Willow, Alex Perry, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, Willow, etc. She also served as fashion editor for Australian television's Logies awards in 2006. In January of 2008, Gale announced her retirement from runway modeling after 15 years. She also walked down the catwalk one last time only a couple of weeks later in a David Jones winter collection launch in Sydney. The model wore the Wonder Woman costume she had in mind to wear to The Justice League of America film in the process of being made. Gale made a return to the runway in March of 2011 and completed her Alex Perry's Melbourne Fashion Festival 2011.
