Machine Gun Kelly
As Colson Baker, Machine Gun Kelly is a famous American artist who made a meteoric success due to his distinct music and style. MGK often referred to in the form of Machine Gun Kelly for his speedy lyrical flow, started his rap career when he was at high school. Soon, he gained a following locally through the mixtapes he released. The breakthrough was made with The 2006 "Stamp of Approval" mixtape which garnered several eyeballs. The first mixtape MGK released was an enormous success and gave him faith to go after a career in the music industry. The following years, he produced four additional mixtapes. Then, in 2011, his career began to take off when he signed an agreement in partnership with Bad Boy and Interscope Records. In the following year, his debut lace up album debuted. It received an enthusiastic review from public and the critics. Debuting at number four on the US Billboard 200 chart, the album had popular singles including Wild Boy, Invincible, Stereo, and Hold on (Shut Up). He followed it up with General Admission, his second studio album. General Admission which was released in October 2015 and debuted at 4 in the Billboard 200 and number one on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums.
